vfopro documentation
Seismic | Wind | NLTHA
Postyield’s vfopro is a modern tool to perform nonlinear structural analysis focused on the ASCE 41 workflow. vfopro uses OpenSeesPy, installed on your machine, as its analysis engine, so it works as a pre- and post-processor for OpenSees.

Learning Hub
-

Build Your First vfopro Model
You'll draw a 20 ft × 20 ft steel frame with a concrete floor, assign W-shape sections, pin the bases, tie the floor together with a rigid diaphragm, and run modal and gravity analysis.
-

Best Practices for Using the AI Assistant
You'll learn how the assistant plans and runs commands in your model, prompts that work, and the habits that keep your model safe.
-

Performance-Based Seismic Assessment
You'll take a nonlinear model from hinge limit states through a pushover to hinge performance levels, interstory drift, and a report.
